You should be close to completing your training by now, and looking to taper in the lead-up to the big day. However, just to make sure you’ve checked everything off your list, it’s a good idea to practice your race nutrition plan, so you’re properly fuelled throughout. Our Official Nutrition Partner, Maurten, have provided helpful guides on how to fuel before and during a race. Read these guides here: We will also have feed stations available on both the bike and run courses, where you can get a variety of Maurten Drink Mix and Gels during your race. The full list of feed stations and offerings are available in our Event Guide, which can be found here: 2024 Northumbrian Full Race Guide.

It is strongly advised that you register on site at Kielder Waterside on Saturday if you can, as race day will be extremely busy. You can rack your bike in our secure transition area to save time on the morning of the event. The Registration times are below:

Saturday 29th June – 13:00 to 19:30
Sunday 30th June – 04:30 to 05:45

To participate in this event, you are required to become a member of British Triathlon and hold a race licence. You must either become a Core or Ultimate annual member here: or purchase a single use Race Pass for your race here:
